A little introduction to TYP
We are Taranaki's networking organisation for Young Professionals. We aim to introduce every young professional in Taranaki to new friends, big ideas and the tools to achieve more. We host a range of entrepreneurial, inspirational and business speakers, and also hold social events such as quiz nights, beer and wine tastings, sports functions, and premium social events, such as our annual cocktail party.
Young professionals around the region attend our events to meet other people in Taranaki who are in the first fifteen years of their career and are looking to: engage with like-minded people, further their knowledge and profile and to have some fun.
If you are in the first 15 years of your career, whatever that may be, then you are a young professional! Our members are not just accountants and lawyers. They come from professions across the board. Butcher, baker, candlestick maker - we want you!
